Marriott Water Street - Floor 2 - Florida Ballroom Salon IV & VSOF AT&L Contracting Officers and Program Managers will conduct roundtable exchanges with attendees on the different communication medium (e.g., SAM. gov, Industry Days, etc.) used to forecast or discuss new requirements with industry, as well as discuss the limitations on communications during the formal source selection process. The intent of these exchanges is to provide industry with insight on the left and right limits of Government communication during the acquisition process and to gain insight from industry on areas where SOF AT&L can improve in its communication with industry. Specific emphasis will be given to the communications during the Market Research and Pre-Solicitation Phase, i.e. responding to Government Requests for Information (RFIs), sources sought, etc.

It is responsible for all aspects of FAR and non-FAR contracted warfighter support for SOF AT&L. SOF AT&L has long understood the importance of effective cyber security and supply chain risk management, as well as encouraging and embracing the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce. SOF AT&L is now increasing the focus on these priorities in the capabilities we acquire. Representatives from the Directorate of Procurement will review the plans to enhance these areas of the procurement process to ensure our Industry partners are able to engage in the heightened posture of these subject areas.
