Interested organizations will be judged on the following criteria:

• Non-profit status
• Focus on the special operations community
• Effectiveness of services provided
• Number of clients affected
• Financial stewardship
• Adherence to policies for those who exhibited in 2024

Each selected organization will be provided the following at SOF Week:

• (1) 6ft table draped and skirted
• (2) Chairs
• (1) Wastebasket
• (2) Exhibit Hall Only Passes (valued at $150 each)

If invited to participate in the SOF Community Corridor, you will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging the following:

• An individual from your organization must be physically present at your tabletop during Exhibition Hours
• Organizations are not permitted to share their tabletop
• Your organization will be required to share SOF Week messaging via your social media platforms
• Last minute cancellations will forfeit your complimentary passes included in the agreement; passes may be purchased for $150 each
• No outdoor spaces will be available in 2025
• Signage cannot cover/block tv screens in the Tampa Convention Center
• All inventory needs to fit within your designated 10x6ft allocated space unless arrangements are made prior to the event with show management
