App Download Tips & Support

Downloading the App:

1. Download the app by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and searching for "SOF Week"
    

2. To login in, click the app and hit the Download Icon next to the SOF Week Event.
    

3. Many Features of the App are available without logging in! However, if you'd like to get more out of your App experience, login using the steps below.

Logging in to the App:

1. When prompted, enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address you provided when you registered for SOF Week, and click the login button.
    

2. Enter the Confirmation Code sent to your email address when prompted, and you will be logged into the App!

From there, you should be logged into the SOF Week 2024 App where you'll be able to see all of the App Features!

What is the SOF Week App?

The SOF Week App was created to allow all event attendees to view the full SOF Week agenda, create their own schedules, make connections, and set up meetings with others from the SOF community. From the interactive sessions, list of exhibitors and where they are, speaker bios, and more, the SOF Week application is a hub for everything SOF Week in your hands.

Where can I get the App?

You can download the App by heading to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store or scrolling above and scanning the QR code. The page also has instructions on how to set up the App.

What devices can I use the App on?

The SOF Week App is available for Apple and Android users as well as on desktops.

How do I log into the SOF Week App?

When prompted, enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address you provided when you registered for SOF Week, and click the login button.

What sessions do I get access to using the App?

You can view every single session within the SOF Week App by opening the Event Agenda. If you have a Full Conference ticket, you’ll also get the added bonus of being able to live stream most of the sessions.

Can I watch live sessions within the App?

If you have purchased a Full Conference ticket for SOF Week 2024, you will be able to watch select sessions via live stream within the App. 

How much does the SOF Week App cost?

The SOF Week App is free for all users across our supported devices. All you’ll need to gain access is your approved registration credentials.

What are the benefits of having the SOF Week App?

Having the SOF Week App enables you to have access to everything all in one place. From creating your own schedule and learning about exhibitors to seeing speaker bios and connecting with fellow attendees, the SOF Week App allows you to plan, navigate, and engage!

How can I plan my own schedule using the SOF Week App?

To plan your own schedule at SOF Week using the App, head to the Event Agenda, here you can see all SOF Week sessions taking place. On each session, you have the option to ‘add to schedule’ which it will show up in the ‘My Schedule’ tab, ‘Add to calendar’ which will add to your personal online calendar (Apple Calendar, Google, Outlook etc) 

How can I chat with people using the App?

To chat with people using the SOF Week App, navigate to the individual on the Attendee list, click on their name, and if they are available for messaging, a small "word cloud" will be visible. 

How do I set up a meeting in the App?

To set up an Appointment using the SOF Week App, either search for a Person or an Exhibitor. If available for Appointments, there will be a calendar icon next to their name. Carefully select the meeting location, type, and time. The receiver can choose to accept or decline.

Not all attendees will be available in the Attendee List for meetings.
