Flying to SOF Week? Make sure you have a REAL ID by the May 7 deadline…
Beginning May 7, travelers at airports nationwide will need to have identification that is compliant with the federal REAL ID Act. The Department of Homeland Security will soon implement a federal rule that requires passengers passing through a Transportation Security Administration security screening checkpoint to provide a driver’s license or other identification that meets REAL ID standards. Heading to SOF Week and worried about finding lodging? We understand the challenge and want to keep you in the loop! We know that one of the biggest concerns for our out-of-towners leading up to SOF Week is getting a hotel room. Believe us–we wish there were more rooms, too!

We’ve worked hard to increase the inventory across 30 hotels for both Per Diem and Regular rate rooms as close to the venue as possible.

✅ November 8, 2024 | Tier Three: All other exhibitors and sponsors
✅ January 29, 2025: Hotel Reservation link sent to all corporate partners to book under 9 total rooms. PLEASE NOTE, this date has been postponed from January 9 to January 29.
✅ January 31, 2025: Sub-block Guarantee Due
✅ February 26, 2025 | Tier Four: Hotel Reservations and Registration Opens
