We recommend flying into the Tampa International Airport (TPA).

TPA is located about 10 miles from the SOF Week Campus.

You can find more information about the Tampa  International airport by clicking here

There are SOF Week Room Blocks available with limited space within the greater Tampa area.

Per Diem Room Rates: If you require a Per Diem Room (Active Duty Military or Government Only), contact Sarah Williams at

Room Block Information: For all other attendees, you can see Room Block availability here.

Please Note: The ONLY official room booking agency associated with SOF Week is Connections Housing. Avoid and ignore any other booking offers or solicitations targeting SOF Week attendees.

For transportation to/ from the airport and around town, we recommend using rideshares like Uber or Lyft.

Shuttles will be available from select hotels and MacDill Air Force Base- more information will be available soon.

Heading to/ from Ybor? Tampa's FREE Historical TECO Streetcar is a great option.

Renting a Car?The airport has all major rental options. We do not recommend renting a car unless your hotel offers parking.

  • We are extremely excited USSOCOM selected GSOF to co-sponsor its newly envisioned “SOF Week” in 2023. SOF Week will be a national convention for U.S. SOF and include a more diverse slate of programs, to include professional development sessions, operator-driven discussions, and family-focused conversations. In 2020, GSOF was designated as a National Military Association by the U.S. Department of Defense, and we look forward to working with USSOCOM to make “SOF Week” an impactful event.
    Stuart Bradin
    President and CEO, GSOF

Co-sponsorship of this event does not imply endorsement of GSOF, its services, or products by the United States Government, the Department of Defense, or U.S. Special Operations Command.
