- 12 SEPT 2025 | Tier One: Global SOF Founding, Sustaining, Strategic, Patron Partners
- 6 OCT 2025 | Tier Two: Global SOF Small Business Partners, Non-partners with large stands, country pavilions, and tiered sponsors
- 1 DEC 2025 | Tier Three: All other exhibitors and sponsors
- 9 JAN 2026: Hotel Reservation link sent to all corporate partners to book individual rooms
- 30 JAN 2026: Sub-block Guarantee Due
- FEB 2026 | Tier Four: Hotel Reservations and Registration Opens (Date TBD)
- 9 MAR 2026: Sub-block Rooming lists Due

1. Stay Informed: Keep an eye on your email and the SOF Week website for lodging announcements and important updates. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder so you don’t miss communications from the MCI SOF Week Housing Team.
2. Know When Lodging Opens: Official lodging information and booking instructions will be available in the spring when SOF Week registration goes live
3. Book Promptly: Don’t wait! Secure your accommodations before they’re snapped up. These rooms are in high demand and will disappear fast!
4. Check Back for Availability: Hotel inventory may change as additional rooms become available. If your preferred option is unavailable, continue checking the lodging webpage for updates.
Travel Information
Airport
We recommend flying into the Tampa International Airport (TPA).
TPA is located about 10 miles from the SOF Week Campus.

AirportTransportation and Parking
Transportation to and Around the Campus
There will be various modes of transportation to get around the SOF Week Campus. Be sure to check back in the spring for more details!
For transportation to/ from the airport and around town, we recommend using rideshares like Uber or Lyft.
Renting a Car?
The airport has all major rental options. We do not recommend renting a car unless your hotel offers parking.
Parking
There are multiple parking garages located in close proximity to the SOF Week Campus.
However, we do expect nearby parking to fill up early each day. Please review all other transportation options before deciding to drive/ park.
We highly recommend utilizing the parking garages in Ybor and taking advantage of Tampa’s FREE Historical TECO Streetcar.
