2024 Sales Process

The GSOF team has been hard at work developing a fair and equitable plan to launch exhibition and sponsorship sales that aligns with the GSOF mission statement and to ensure exhibitors are representative of companies supporting USSOCOM's Title X responsibility "to develop, acquire, field, and sustain technology in support of USSOCOM mission objectives.” 

APPLYING TO EXHIBIT:

From August to October 2023, organizations had the opportunity to submit an Intake Form for interest in participating in the Exhibition Hall. These intake forms were used to populate the Exhibitor Lottery for available space.

The Exhibition Hall is configured by functional zones to make it more navigable. Companies were required to select a primary and secondary zone option. Sales for GSOF Corporate Partners (CPs) opened based on a set timeline from September through October. Non-Corporate Partners participated in a lottery drawing for the opportunity to exhibit.

**In our effort to ensure that the Exhibition Hall showcases capabilities in support of the SOF warfighter, each company meeting a USSOCOM requirement will be afforded an additional entry in the lottery. Does your company have a capability USSOCOM is looking for? Exhibition Hall Sales

GSOF CORPORATE PARTNER PROCESS AND TIMELINE: SOF Week 2024 Corporate Partner Exhibition Hall Sales are COMPLETE

NON-CORPORATE PARTNER PROCESS AND TIMELINE:

  • 1 AUG - 25 OCT 2023: Submit a 2024 SOF Week Exhibition Intake Form

  • 26 OCT 2023: "Preference #1" Lottery drawing by Zone selected (Companies can enter the lottery for two zones)

  • 1 NOV 2023: "Preference #1" Lottery Placement Notifications sent

  • 30 NOV 2023: Deadline for "Preference #1" Companies to contract for booth space

  • 6 DEC 2023: "Preference #2" Lottery Placements Notifications sent

 

PRICING:

Prices for Exhibition Hall Booth Space are as follows:

  • $38 per sq ft for GSOF Corporate Partners (no increase from 2023)
  • $50 for Non-GSOF Foundation Corporate Partners
  • $0 for selected Non-Profits and Government Organizations

Please note: As in 2023, all booths are subject to an administrative fee of $150.

BOOTH SHARING:

Each exhibitor may have up to 2 companies share their booth. The booth share cost is $500 for a Corporate Partner and $600 for a Non-Corporate Partner. This includes a company logo and description in the program guide and the event app.

INCLUSIONS IN SALES PROCESS:

Please note that this Sales Process includes all opportunities for Exhibition Space–indoor/outdoor booths, dock space, and hospitality suites.

​​​​​​BOOTH SIZE LIMITATIONS:

 

In keeping with our goal to include as many industry partners as possible, the maximum booth size is 1,200 square feet. Additionally, small businesses are permitted a maximum booth size of 600 square feet. This applies to both GSOF Corporate Partners and Non-Corporate Partners. (Exceptions may be made to any small business that possessed a larger booth in 2023.)

We realize the lottery selection process is nontraditional in the exhibition world, but we are committed to getting new exhibitors to showcase new capabilities of interest for USSOCOM every year. Additionally, SOF Week is much more than just an exhibition. There are many ways to participate, which we look forward to highlighting to the community in the coming months.

SOF Community Corridor (Non-Profit Booth Space)
