For vetting and verification purposes, for many registration categories, a passport-style photo and ID will be required.
- Photo - Please use a recent passport-style photograph where your face is clearly visible. Acceptable file types: png, gif, jpg, jpeg – max file size 2MB.
- Identification Document - Suitable documents include passports, military ID, company ID, identity cards, and driving licenses. Acceptable file types: png, gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf – max file size 2MB
I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds once a registration has been made.
If you are unable to attend, we will accept a substitute attendee at no extra cost. Please notify us in writing by emailing us at: customersolutions.sofweek@clarionevents.com with your name, job title, email address & telephone number of both the registered and substitute attendee.
Visitors should be involved in or have some legitimate connection in SOF Week and associated industries.

Can I get an invitation letter?
To attend the event, your registration will need to be approved. To request an invitation letter, please contact Courtney Bilyeu at cbilyeu@gsof.org.
