When can I register?

Registration for SOF Week 2024 will open in early February 2024.

What are the key deadlines for visitor registration?

Registration will be open from February 2024 through the execution of SOF Week. Prices will increase closer to the event. See the Registration page for more details.

How do I upload my photo and ID?

For vetting and verification purposes, for many registration categories, a passport-style photo and ID will be required.

  • Photo - Please use a recent passport-style photograph where your face is clearly visible. Acceptable file types: png, gif, jpg, jpeg – max file size 2MB.
  • Identification Document - Suitable documents include passports, military ID, company ID, identity cards, and driving licenses. Acceptable file types: png, gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf – max file size 2MB

Will the same ID work for both the photo and ID or do these have to be two separate images?

To support attendee vetting and verification, these have to be two separate images.

What is the status of my registration?

You can view the status of your registration via the attendee portal. Please use your registration code and last name/surname to log into the portal.

I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds once a registration has been made.

If you are unable to attend, we will accept a substitute attendee at no extra cost. Please notify us in writing by emailing us at: customersolutions.sofweek@clarionevents.com with your name, job title, email address & telephone number of both the registered and substitute attendee.

Visitors should be involved in or have some legitimate connection in SOF Week and associated industries.

I have a discount code for my registration–how do I use it?

You can redeem your discount code when you reach the payment section of the registration form.

My discount code is not working

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the discount code. Please send us an email at customersolutions.sofweek@clarionevents.com and a member of our team will get in touch with you shortly.

Can I bulk register a group of colleagues?

Unfortunately, we do not allow bulk registrations. Each visitor must make an individual registration as every person is required to upload a photo and ID in order to be verified. 

When will I receive my PDF badge?

Badges will be emailed to most attendee types approximately 1 week prior to the start of SOF Week. Due to security concerns, some registration categories will be required to pick up a badge onsite at the event and will not receive an emailed PDF badge. 

Do I have to upload my ID?

In line with our security policy, we require all attendees to upload a photo and ID as part of the verification process. Once verified and the event has taken place, your documents will be deleted from our system

Can I get an invitation letter?

To attend the event, your registration will need to be approved. To request an invitation letter, please contact Courtney Bilyeu at cbilyeu@gsof.org.

Will there be onsite registration?

There will be no onsite registration at SOF Week.
