Military and Industry Trailblazers Diversity of Experience and Thought

The People and Culture Cell (PCC) is responsible for infusing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles in daily business practices, policies, and procedures.  The facilitation of the SOF Week Discussion Panel will embody these principles by bring defense, federal, and community partners together to champion and inform audience participants on how diversity of experience and thought can improve organizational culture, vision, and mission.  This panel will highlight phenomenal people whose daily focus is People which aligns with the U.S. Special Operations Command Commander’s priorities, People-Win-Transform.  Panelist will have an opportunity to share their challenges and successes.

  • Objectives: 

    • Identify and understand how barriers can close the aperture to women joining their organization.

    • Discuss programs, initiatives, and outreach opportunities to understand strategic approaches to using outreach that will encourage and appeal to minority communities.
