USSOCOM has the nation’s most elite warfighters in its arsenal, but how does it ensure they thrive and excel throughout their careers? This panel features a diverse set of leaders across many sectors to discuss best practices in developing and retaining talent. Panel members will discuss essential elements of this effort from their diverse perspectives of training, sports, academia, and the military. It will also emphasize how USSOCOM invests in its people to ensure they are the most highly developed workforce within the Department of Defense.
