The Army Futures Command (AFC) enables decisive Multi-Domain Operations with its Global Enterprise of AFC International Programs, Forward Elements strategically located across the globe, and personnel within AFC's subordinate Commands identifying cooperative science and technology opportunities; facilitating interaction with foreign government and non-government entities and industry; promoting interoperability among allies; and supporting basic and applied research to develop capabilities and partner capacity that support the U.S. Army. The AFC Global Enterprise provides technical and scientific advice and assistance to USSOCOM for concept and product development, integration of technical capabilities into USSOCOM exercises and experimentation events, and helps build partnerships to address USSOCOM challenges.
