Ms. Lainie Passero serves as the Business Strategy and Support Executive for Bank of America’s Global Diversity & Inclusion organization, supporting Bank of America’s commitment to being a diverse and inclusive workspace. Her work includes developing strategy, measurements and reporting, consulting with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Lainie also serves as the Market Human Resource Partner for Southwest Florida and as the Chief Operating Officer of the LEAD for Women Employee Resource Group.
