Ms. Emily Feeley

Warrior Care Program, U.S. Special Operations Command

Mrs. Emily Feeley has been the United States Special Operations Command Warrior Care Program Chief of Transition since 2018. Prior to joining the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program team in 2016 as a Career Transition Coordinator, she served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence analyst. While stationed in Germany, Emily met her husband, and they eloped in Denmark. After being medically separated from the Army, Emily went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management.

Her personal experience in transitioning from the military as well as her work as a Human Resources professional exposed her to many of the shortfalls which put both Service Members and employers at a disadvantage in the process of hiring Veterans. These experiences drive her passion to help bridge the gaps between transitioning Service Members and employers by helping to create customized opportunities and teach both sides how to better understand each other. Emily has streamlined a concierge approach for service members who are dealing with the additional challenge of illnesses or injuries while leaving the military. This includes over 1200 customized internships, resume support, education/retraining, employment, and vetted resources.

In addition to her passion for helping SOF service members and their families with employment and transition to civilian life, Emily is an avid horsewoman and photographer. She owns a horse farm with her husband that provides a safe space for horses who come from difficult backgrounds. Future plans include providing programming that will allow Veteran to experience the impact horses can have on mental health through connection and energy.
