Courtney H. Jackson, MSISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CHFI is the Founder and CEO of Paragon Cyber Solutions, LLC, an award-winning woman, minority, veteran-owned small business based in Tampa, Florida. Mrs. Jackson has more than 20 years of certified hands-on experience in Information Technology (IT), encompassing both executive leadership and entrepreneurship. Her company helps government agencies, tech startups, and commercial companies protect the integrity of their business operations through specialized IT, cybersecurity, and training services.

After completing her military service, she took an entry-level position as an IT Help Desk Representative, impressively working her way up to a C-Suite security executive before exiting the Corporate space to pursue her entrepreneurial endeavors full-time. Courtney’s unique journey has positioned her to build and lead a team of industry experts in support of the warfighter. In addition to the programs that she has created to support the professional development of aspiring cybersecurity professionals and actively supporting transitioning veterans, she serves as the Vice President of the Women in Defense Greater Tampa Bay chapter, and a Fellow of the Cyber Security Forum Initiative (CSFI).
