
Dr. Brittany Loney

Core One
Brittany is the director and creator of the Elite Cognition and Human Optimization (ECHO), program at Core One, a leading provider of specialized solutions for Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community customers. She has over 12 years of experience training SOF personnel and was the first cognitive performance coach embedded within a USASOC Tactical Human Optimization and Rapid Rehabilitation (THOR3) Program. Since THOR3, Brittany has dedicated herself to building and implementing cognitive training programs across SOF, the U.S. national security community, and government sectors. She routinely consults with numerous DoD and other U.S. government personnel to bring about the effective assimilation of cognitive performance principles within training and career pipelines. Brittany has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Learning Systems from Florida State University, an M.A. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Performance Psychology from California State University, Fresno, an M.S. in Exercise Science from Florida State University, and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Texas State University where she was also an NCAA Division 1 basketball player. She lives her profession, spending much of her time working out, ultra-running, hiking, paddle boarding, and researching neuroscience, performance, and cognition.
