Bethany Scalzo has served as the Executive Director of Enrollment Management at Norwich University since 2018. She reports to the Acting President and Provost of the University. She provides management and leadership to all online enrollment areas to reflect the mission of the institution including admissions, application management, partnerships, new and returning student orientation, and student support advising. Bethany also oversees the award of student scholarships, the collection and assessment of student related data, as well as partnership development and articulations. She ensures best practice and compliance in designated areas of admissions and advising.

Bethany earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Loyola University Maryland and her Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and Professional Communication from Regis College. She holds an additional graduate certificate in Crisis Communication. She has worked at Norwich University since 2014 in various enrollment management positions. Prior to her employment at Norwich, she worked in admissions at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.
