Ms. Beth Cahill

President and Senior Managing Director, Windsor Capital

Beth Cahill is the President and Senior Managing Director of the boutique investment banking firm, Windsor Capital. Windsor Capital has three offices located in Los Angeles, California, Tampa, Florida and London, U.K. After attending the University of Florida, Cahill began her career with Chemical Bank, N.A. in New York, transitioning from traditional listed securities portfolio management to institutional private company investment banking with Alliance Capital. Prior to joining Windsor Capital, Cahill was Senior Managing Director at CEA Group, which began as a Cable TV brokerage firm and evolved into an international investment bank and advisor.

Cahill  has been involved in several hundred transactions over her multi-decade banking career, spanning  many industries. Most recently, she has participated in transactions involving telecommunications,  media and entertainment, healthcare, energy, cyber security and infrastructure. Cahill and her team  are adept at negotiating creative transactions on behalf of clients worldwide. As a globally focused  leader of the team, Cahill has been instrumental in cross border transactions throughout her many  years in the investment industry. She has travelled to over 30 countries assisting in transactions  efficiently and effectively for her clients in M&A and capital market needs. Cahill has received  many awards and recognitions, including Businesswoman of the Year honors. 

Windsor Capital, recently nominated as Boutique Investment Banking Firm of the Year, was founded in 2006 on the principal of taking the mystery out of the capital markets. The solutions and transactions can take many forms. The professionals provide world-class M&A advisory services for those who have created significant value, including Founder-led businesses, owner operators of companies and equity sponsors. 

Outside of work time commitments, Cahill has enjoyed raising her four children and now spoiling her two young grandchildren. She serves on a number of corporate boards and is an active member of several organizations including President-Elect of the Association of Corporate Growth, Financial Executive International, Florida Chapter Chairperson of the Society of International Business Fellows, Trustee of the University of Tampa, The Tampa Yacht & Country Club and other numerous organizations.
