The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Research and Engineering (R&E) and the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program Management Office present SBIR 101. In this session you will receive an introduction to the SBIR/STTR program and receive specific instruction on how best to support the varied Department of Defense (DoD) Components and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
