Q: When will booth and sponsorship sales open SOF Week 2024?
A: Exhibit sales will open in August 2023.
Q: How do Government entities get a booth, and what are the key details of the Government exhibits?
A: USSOCOM determines which U.S. Government organizations receive a complimentary booth at SOF Week. In 2024, Government booths will be located throughout the exhibit halls and foyer areas.
Q: Are there live demonstration opportunities available?
A: We are currently exploring the possibilities of including live demonstrations once again, as was done in 2023. More details will be provided as they become available.
Q: I’m not exhibiting–how else can I participate?
A: There are many other opportunities available for industry, especially those who did not receive a booth. This includes:

Q: Will exhibitors get discounted entries to other events? (e.g., GSOF Anniversary Reception, SOFStock Concert, Dinner Reception)
A: No, SOF Week Exhibitors will not get discounted tickets to additional or affiliate events at SOF Week.
Non-profit Booths / SOF Community Corridor / Government Booths
Q: How can I participate in the SOF Community Corridor?
A: Non-Profit Booths: The application process to apply for a complimentary tabletop in the "SOF Community Corridor" will open in November. There are a limited number of spaces available. Organizations are selected based on their non-profit status and impact on the SOF Community.
Q: Are Government organizations offered a complimentary booth?
A: Government Booth: A limited number of Government organizations are invited by USSOCOM to utilize a complimentary booth during the Exhibition. The complimentary booth includes a 10 x 10 space with a 6' table, 2 chairs, and basic electricity.

Q: When will registration open?
A: Registration for SOF Week will open in February 2024.
Q: How do Exhibitors register?
A: Exhibitors may register via their Exhibitor Portal.
Q: How do SOF Week Speakers register?
A: Speakers will be registered by the SOF Week team.
Q: What comes with my SOF Week registration and how do I attend additional events occurring during the week?
A: SOF Week registration only comes with access to the Full Conference and Exhibition or Exhibition-Only, depending on the options selected during sign-up.
Most affiliate events require additional registration, including but not limited to the Global SOF Anniversary Reception, SOFstock Concert, USSOCOM Awards Ceremony and Dinner, and SOF for Life Transition Seminar.
Q: What is the appropriate attire?

Q: Will there be a Capability Exhibition (CAPEX) this year?
A: The prestigious “ISOF CAPEX” executed by USSOCOM will take place in 2024.

Q: How do I book a hotel?
A: Hotel room blocks will open in January 2024.
Q: Where can I park?
A: There is parking available in the downtown Tampa area in walking distance to all SOF Week events. However, it fills up quickly every year, so we don't recommend driving if you can avoid it! Visit the Travel Page for more information.
