Exhibition / Industry Opportunities
Q: How do Government entities get a booth and what are the key details of Government exhibition?
A: USSOCOM determined which U.S. Government organizations would receive a complimentary booth at SOF Week. Government booths will be located on the Mezzanine level of the Tampa Convention Center. Government booth POCs will be contacted by Clarion in March 2023 to confirm booth details, to include the availability of electricity.
Q: Are there live demonstration opportunities available?
A: In March 2023, the SOF Week team sent out an inquiry to industry organizations to demonstrate their latest innovations in the harbor alongside the Tampa Convention Center. We are potentially looking to host two 1-hour sessions on 9 & 10 May, consisting of 8-10 minute slots for companies to display their latest product(s). All demonstrations pitched must be water-based only as we are being restricted by the available time and the necessary processing time for permits etc.
The window to apply for this opportunity has closed; more details will be provided to selected companies.
Q: Is the SOF Week Exhibition Hall sold out?
A: Yes, the SOF Week Exhibition Hall is sold out for 2023. The online Interest Form was opened in July 2022 and sales began in the order received in December 2022. The event sold out in less than 6 weeks.
Q: How can I sign up to Exhibit at SOF Week 2024?
A: Sales for the Exhibition Hall in 2024 will begin after the execution of SOF Week 2023. All members of Industry who registered interest in 2023 will be contacted about the opportunities in 2024. Stay tuned!
