Entry
To avoid waiting in lines, we recommend that you print your badge in advance, either at home or earlier in the day on Monday, at either the Tampa Convention Center or JW Marriott (level 2). Please note that badge printing stations WILL be available at the Anniversary Reception however, there will be a wait time.
Registration at the main entrance will open at 5:00 PM however, the event starts at 6:00 PM.

Q: What do I get with my entry fee?
A: This event includes a HUGE variety of food and beverages, including but not limited to a champagne station, beer garden, bourbon tasting, passed apps, margaritas, beer garden, old fashioneds, signature cocktail, food court, and much more! Plus there are activity stations ranging from a photo booth to live music, and the opportunity to learn about the capabilities of 45 SOF-focused companies. Did we mention that we expect around ~4000 attendees from the community to attend, making this the BEST networking event at SOF Week!? Don’t delay–register ASAP!
Q: Why do I not get a free entry with my tabletop?
A: The tabletop provided free to you as a Corporate Partner is a huge perk that would cost thousands of dollars in most instances. Exhibitors are required to pay the much smaller individual entry fee for anyone staffing the tabletop.
Q: Is this a Widely-Attended Gathering?
A: We have submitted an application to USSOCOM for this event to be designated a Widely Attended Gathering, but it has not issued its decision yet. Please be advised that the Department of Defense (DoD) no longer provides "blanket" Widely Attended Gathering (WAG) determinations for external events. This event may qualify as a WAG under 5 C.F.R. § 2635.204(g). All personnel are strongly encouraged to consult with their supervisor or ethics advisor before attending.
